Conflict happens, and we know that when it does, it is stressful. When conflict leads to litigation, the process can be an extremely unpleasant and intrusive ordeal for any party.  Multiple court dates, extensive discovery periods, and time-consuming legal posturing can cost parties not only mounting legal fees, but also considerable time away from work and family.  Litigation means subjecting yourself to the mercy of a judge, jury and the formalities of court processes.
